This program will provide students with a foundational understanding of their own Ayurvedic constitution and the nature of any current imbalances. Students will learn hands on Ayurvedic lifestyle practices including self-oil massage, neti pot, tongue cleaning and eyes washes. We will also explore the daily practice of Food Sadhana which supports healthy digestion, decrease of toxins in the body, supports ideal weight and a healthy relationship with food.
The weekend also serves as the first module for the California College of Ayurveda, Level I: Ayurvedic Health Educator (AHE) Program. Students who take this module may enroll in the AHE program and the full tuition for this program is then applied to your education.
