Pitta Balancing Ayurvedic Spice Blend

As we enter the summer, we find ourselves in the season of pitta; the time when the heat of the natural world can cause our own internal fires to flare and cause problems. As a result, they have their own unique combinations of the ten pairs of opposite qualities. Knowing the major qualities of the aroma will tell you a lot about its effects on the mind.
