Pancha Karmai (Panchakarma) is the Ayurvedic art of detoxification, purification, and rejuvenation. It is a powerful way to address the root cause of disease and has been used for thousands of years as a method for staying healthy, young, and vital.

Panchakarma Treatments
The Mind-Body Health Center of the California College of Ayurvedai provides panchakarma and other Ayurvedic healing therapies. While anyone can book an appointment for ayurvedic spa therapies, those wishing to receive panchakarma must have a referral from one of our practitioners. Thus, a complete evaluation is prerequisite to panchakarma. After a complete evaluation, a treatment plan is organized that includes your panchakarma procedures. You and your practitioners will discuss if panchakarma is indicated and if it is, how many days of treatment would be most appropriate.
CCA provides two optional housing options with meals at additional charges (Suite and Cottage).
If you would like to schedule an appointment, you are welcome to call our Front Desk at (530) 478-9100 ext. 220. You are also welcome to schedule a 15 minute phone consultation at no charge with Sylvia Disney, our Panchakarma Director, if you would like to discuss whether or not Ayurveda can play a role on your healing journey.
