Dough bastis are containers prepared from the flour of special black bean (urad dal) that holds warm herbal oil over certain parts of the body. They are often prepared to hold oil over the chakras, thyroid or adrenal gland or the eyes. The prepared oil then impacts the functions of the tissues, glands and chakras. In this 35 hour workshop, students will learn how to prepare the dough and will work in groups of two building the dams on each other. Students will personally experience the wonderful benefits while learning to share them with others.
