5-Day Ayurvedic Cleanse: Purify Your Body, Nourish Your Soul

Taught by Marisa Laursen (Sri Devi), CAS, AYT, PKS, Lead Faculty at the California College of Ayurveda

Come to the Bahamas for a transformational journey into your healthiest, most balanced self. Peel away the layers that stand in the way of achieving health and harmony in body, mind and soul.
In this Ayurvedic cleanse, you will learn how to make the sacred act of eating an
opportunity to achieve health and balance on a deep level. Ayurveda is the sister science to Yoga, and Ayurveda has been guiding people towards health and harmony for thousands of years.
You will learn your own unique nutritional needs according to Ayurvedic principles, and how to make informed choices as to the best foods for YOU.
We will share meals together which consist of special foods, condiments, and teas which will aid in purification, weight loss, and achieving balance.
You will learn that how you eat is even more important than what you eat, and together we will practice eating in appropriate, healthful ways.
And you will be empowered to carry all this knowledge with you into your daily life for lifelong health and longevity!
