Ayurvedic Spa Treatments
Ayurvedic therapies have been used for centuries to not only provide relief from physical pain, but to also bring deep relaxation to the mind, allowing the body to naturally heal itself. Each therapy features a unique blend of oils, herbs and essential oils that provide a special array of healing benefits.
Abhyanga
This traditional full-body Ayurvedic massage reduces stress, blood pressure, anxiety and muscle aches and pains.
Shirodhara
Warm oil is gracefully streamed over the forehead & “third eye” to relieve relieves tension, worry and fear.
Swedana
Relax as you receive an herbal steam treatment reduces body stiffness and eliminates toxins from the body.
Marma Therapy
Massage, pranic healing & essential oils remove energy blockages, stimulate prana flow & support healing.
Dough Basti
Dough dams are used to contain warm herbal oils over specific parts of the body to stimulate natural healing.
Pinda Swedana
Herb and rice- filled bundles soaked in medicated oils are applied to specific areas to alleviate joint and muscle pain.
Garshana
Exfoliating massage performed with raw silk gloves to detoxify the skin and stimulate the lymphatic system.
Ayurvedic Facial
Soothing, exfoliating facial to nurture & restore balance of the skin while working with energy points to provide tone to facial muscles.

Our western spa menu is designed to reflect the same amount of skill and intuition that Ayurveda offers. Each massage features a distinct blend of oils and can be customized to meet your needs and in some cases also combines certain Ayurvedic techniques such as marma therapy to enhance the overall benefit by bringing awareness and cohesion to the mind, body and spirit.
Experiences
Experiences are combinations of therapies that flow seamlessly from one to the next allowing you to lose yourself in the “experience” of your senses. The way that the therapies are combined to emphasize the overall intention or goal of the service makes them especially unique and allows for the ability and time to work on a deep level in a physical, mental and spiritual sense.
Panchakarma and Rejuvenation Retreats
We offer traditional, four to thirty-day panchakarma and rejuvenation retreats for specific health conditions as well as preventative care. Once you enter your private cottage you’ll let go of all worries and allow yourself to surrender to the moment. Freshly prepared meals, herbs, daily body therapies; and a structured environment with support are provided to assist you in your Ayurvedic care.
