During this 10 day course, students will learn how to integrate the knowledge of Ayurveda and Yoga. This program is taught in 3 parts. Part one explores the fundamental knowledge of ayurveda. Part two explores the integration of Ayurvedic and Yogic psychology and the subtle body. During part three student explore raja yoga from the perspective healing. Emphasis is placed on the application of asana and pranayama to the healing process. Students will learn how to adapt their yoga classes to pacify individual doshas and provide one to one traditional yoga therapy. This class is open to all Yoga Teachers and Health care professionals. Yoga Alliance Approved Course for 108 hours.
