Ayurvedic Nutrition: Personalize Your Diet for Optimal Health – A Workshop with Dr. Marisa Jackson-Kinman in the Bahamas

Stay Updated with the News & Latest Blogs of CCA.

Ah…the sweetness of the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Retreat in the Bahamas…

Hearts blossom there. Consciousness transforms. New insights gained…

Dr. Marisa Jackson-Kinman, senior faculty at the California College of Ayurveda, invites you to join her at the Sivananda Ashram in November 2016 for a fun, interactive and informative Ayurvedic Nutrition workshop.

At the workshop, you will do something our mothers taught us not to do: play with food! And you’ll do so while learning the Ayurvedic perspective on nutrition, teas, and spices. You will explore the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and learn how to utilize this profound wisdom to achieve health, harmony and balance…

All of this will happen in the sparkling beauty and soothing tranquility of the Sivananda ashram!

So mark your calendars and plan to join Marisa: Nov. 17-20, 2016!
