The wonderfully successful and inspiring Sivananda Ayurveda Conference closed last night with a fascinating panel discussion by all the presenters in the program. The program was in a Q & A format, and topics of discussion included the cause of disease, research in genetic medicine, the effect of panchakarma (purification and rejuvenation) on our subtle body, the Ayurvedic perspective on fermented foods, lasting beauty, the rise of cancer in society, and more.Please stay tuned…there was a plethora of wonderful teachings at the conference, and more postings will be forthcoming in the coming days regarding the wisdom shared at the conference!
