4 tsp Rose Petals
2 tsp Fennel seeds
1 tsp Lavender
1 tsp Skullcap
1 tsp Lemon Balm
1 tsp Chamomile
Mix all herbs together and store in an airtight jar (glass is best). When ready to serve, place 1 to 2 teaspoons in a cup of just boiled water.
