Meditation for Beginners

Meditation is a natural process of withdrawing attention from external conditions and directing it inward to a chosen focus of concentration. The primary purpose of meditation practices is to elicit clear states of consciousness and to facilitate progressive, authentic spiritual growth.

Join us as we focus on foundational meditation practices 

Followed by a Group Meditation at 7:30

Kriya Yoga Philosophy 

Kriya Yoga is defined as discipline of mental and sensory impulses, self-analysis, profound study, meditation and surrender of ordinary self-consciousness (egoism) in favor of God-realization.

Wednesday, March 21, 28, & April 4 from 7 to 8 p.m.

Join us for an introductory class on Kriya Yoga 

Followed by a Group Meditation at 7:30

Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras

Wednesday, April 18, 25, & May 2 from 7 to 8 p.m. 

Beginning at 7 p.m. followed by a Group Meditation at 7:30

Two-hour Group Meditation

The last Sunday morning of each month from 7 to 9 a.m.
