Welcome. My work is unhurried. I came to Ayurveda searching for my own way back to health, so I know what it is to feel unheard and how much it means when someone finally slows down. Before this path, I spent twenty years as an analyst, tracing the hidden patterns behind why things break down, and I still listen like one – to how you are built, how you live, and what your body has been quietly trying to say. Long before there were pharmacies, there were gardens, and the first medicine came from the earth. My focus is the mind, from the brain and nervous system to the subtler mind that perceives, feels, and remembers. I sit with people when mood, memory, focus, or movement have begun to shift, and with families whose children feel the world deeply or move to their own beat. Nothing about them needs fixing; they need to be understood. Together we tend the soil, not just the symptom, with herbs, nourishing food, daily rhythms, and simple comforts for the senses. It is an ancient art that may feel new – coming home to yourself. You can reach me at amontano.25@ayurvedacollege.com. Let’s plant seeds together.
