Tess Sheahan

Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist Intern

It is an honor and blessing to have reached this point in my Ayurvedic education. Since my teen years I have loved Ayurveda and have played with the concepts in my life. I have both followed and strayed from these teachings many times, always returning to a deepened faith and understanding. This experience has helped me to fine tune my ability to help me meet my clients where they are and custom tailor recommendations that easily become their new favorite self-care practices. I draw immense inspiration from nature- leaning deeply into local and seasonal food and herbs. My passions include mental health/ addiction, herbalism, women’s health, fertility/ pregnancy/ postpartum, nature connection, and finding simple yet effective protocols for busy individuals.
