The CCA At Home Cleanse Program

For many, this program becomes their first step into studying Ayurveda more deeply.

Overview

In Ayurveda, seasonal cleansing is a foundational practice for maintaining health and preventing disease. Rather than focusing solely on detoxification, it works at the level of digestion, elimination, and systemic balance to support the body’s natural capacity for restoration.

The CCA At-Home Cleanse is a structured 21-day program designed to support this process through guided daily practices rooted in classical Ayurvedic principles. Drawing from the traditional framework of Panchakarma, the program has been adapted for a home setting while preserving its therapeutic integrity.

Participants are guided through a comprehensive approach to cleansing that supports:

  • Healthy digestion and elimination
  • Reduction of accumulated toxins (ama)
  • Improved energy and mental clarity
  • Re-establishment of natural physiological rhythms

This program is grounded in a system of medicine practiced for thousands of years and taught at the California College of Ayurveda, one of the most established Ayurvedic institutions in the West.

The cleanse is appropriate for individuals seeking to take a proactive approach to their health, as well as those addressing specific imbalances through Ayurvedic care. While the process requires commitment, it is designed to be accessible, supportive, and deeply restorative within the context of daily life. For many, this program becomes their first step into studying Ayurveda more deeply.
