Our founder, Dr. Marc Halpern, is a Western pioneer of Ayurvedic Medicine & Ayurvedic Education.

Ayurvedic Health Counselor

Specialists in Disease Prevention and Health Promotion

An Ayurvedic Health Counselor (AHC) is a specialist in disease prevention and health promotion. Strong counseling skills are the foundation of any Ayurvedic practice. Students are trained for a scope of practice that utilizes the five sensory therapies: diet, aromatherapy, sound, color, and touch.  An Ayurvedic Health Counselor provides guidance to their patients/clients and supports them to adopt a healthy lifestyle.  Graduates are prepared to go into private practice. Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist

Specialists in the Management of Disease

Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist (CAS) not only supports patients to adopt a healthy diet and lifestyle, they are also proficient in the management of disease allowing graduates to work with a wider variety of patients. Students will study the diseases that affect each system of the body from both an Ayurvedic and Western perspective.  This program includes extensive training in herbal medicine. Graduates are prepared to go into private practice. Medical Ayurvedic Specialist

The Highest Level of Clinical Training Available

Medical Ayurvedic Specialist (MAS) is an Ayurvedic Practitioner with the most advanced training. They have the greatest depth of Ayurvedic education in the United States and the strongest background in understanding Western Medicine.  Graduates act as a bridge between both worlds and are best prepared to either go into private practice or integrate into the Western healthcare community. Ayurvedic Yoga TherapyStudents will learn the classical approach to Yoga Therapy and how the eight limbs of yoga can be utilized in the healing process.
