A Personalized Approach to Your Health

Experience Ayurveda through a one-on-one consultation designed to help you understand your body, restore balance, and feel better in a way that’s practical and sustainable.

A Thoughtful Starting Point for Personalized Care

Health is often shaped by patterns that are easy to overlook: how you digest, how you rest, how you move through your day.

A consultation offers the opportunity to slow down and look more closely. Through guided conversation and observation, your CCA expert practitioners begin to identify the underlying tendencies influencing your current state of health.

From there, recommendations are tailored to support greater balance in a way that is both practical and sustainable. These may include adjustments to diet, daily rhythm, and lifestyle—introduced at a pace that feels manageable and aligned with your life.

Consultations are available in Nevada City, as well as remotely via Zoom, allowing for flexibility and continuity of care wherever you are.
