CCA’s internship programs are true internships where students are working with patients and learning the skills necessary to become successful in practice. Interns are trained to work with patients both in person and online, allowing interns the opportunity to reach patients from any location. Unlike many other programs that are only observational, or in which interns only see friends, other students, and family; CCA interns see real patients with a wide variety of needs. Interns have the opportunity to work at CCA’s Healthcare Center or in their own communities. Internships include classes as well as time spent with patients.
