Course Overview

Ashtanga Hridayam is one of the most important classical textbooks used in Ayurveda. Many consider it more important to modern-day Ayurveda than Caraka Samhita. The important chapters from the Sutrasthana (first section) of Ashtanga Hridayam will be explored to provide a good foundation for traditional ayurvedic knowledge. You will gain an understanding of the meaning of Ayurvedic Principles embedded within the Sutras. This learning will become a strong pillar in your Ayurvedic Journey.

Instructor – Manju Kolli

Manju Kolli – Manju is an Ayurvedic practitioner based out of San Francisco where she is the founding director of Ayurhitam, an Ayurvedic wellness clinic.
