Course Overview
During the Healthy You Resolution Challenge, you will learn how to omit foods that are not ideal for you while simultaneously introducing foods that are beneficial. We will also dive into lifestyle habits and discover which ones may be holding you back and exchange them for better ones allowing you to reach your highest potential.
By using basic ayurvedic concepts and exchanging a not so good habit/food for a better habit/food, leads to lasting changes and the entire experience is more enjoyable and successful. Even with this method, changing lifestyle and eating patterns can be challenging which is why we provide accountability and support from experienced Ayurvedic Practitioners.
During the Healthy You Resolution Challenge we will meet via Zoom as a group. These meetings are an opportunity for you to learn from one another and form relationships as you share your experiences. Participation in group meetings is essential for fostering an environment that is both supportive and engaging.
If you need additional support, you can schedule an appointment with an Ayurvedic Practitioner through CCA.
